Secondly, you have to sleep at least 8 hours a day because if you don`t sleep well you would be weaker and you would probably catch more illnesses . Furthermore, you have to do excercise as much as you can. This will help you to be in shape.
To conclude with, if you want to have a healthy life you should follow these steps. Nevertheless, if can`t start a healthy diet, you could just stop eating junk food and drink water.
